Yes. The Maven was inspired by a traditional reformer and is meant for a Pilates only workout. It has no relation to a Lagree product. You may not call yourself a Lagree studio without the express written consent from that company.

For now, we are absorbing the impact of tariffs.

Yes, there is a 5 year warranty on all structural and accessory related items from normal wear and tear usage. The canvas will also have a 5 year warranty but non-normal wear and tear (abrasions, punctures, etc.) will not be covered.

Anywhere from 5-9 weeks. We will guarantee shipping delivery by taking on penalties if your product does not arrive on time.

Yes. We will guarantee a shipping date and will take on penalties ourselves if the Maven does not arrive on time. Unlike competitors in the Pilates space, we have built fantastic relationships with our factories and have transparency when shipments are leaving the facility.
